Investigator of the Year - Steve Shand
Steve Shand has
accomplishments too numerous to list on this single page, but he was the
obvious choice in 2004. Steve has dedicated countless hours to educating and
promoting competent fire investigation. Steve's dedication to Chapter 14 as the
Northeast area director is unsurpassed in recent years. Congratulations Steve,
